Azulay Davidson Group (“ADG,” “we,” “us”) is a real estate team affiliated with Compass Nevada, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the message field. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and your consent preferences. If you inquire about a development we also collect your ZIP code, how you heard about us, and whether you are a real estate agent.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site you arrived from. This is collected by our hosting provider, Squarespace, and by analytics tools provided by Compass.
Cookies. Our website uses cookies — small files stored by your browser. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others help us understand how visitors use the site. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to send you information about properties and developments, to send our newsletter if you have subscribed, and to improve the website. We use automatically collected information to understand site traffic and to maintain security.
Calls, emails and text messages
If you check the consent box when submitting a form, you agree that ADG may contact you by phone call, email, and text message about real estate services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, or reply HELP for assistance. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with:
- Compass Nevada, LLC, our affiliated brokerage, where necessary to provide real estate services, and whose platforms we use for analytics and email communications.
- Service providers who operate the website on our behalf, including Squarespace for hosting and forms.
- Other parties to a transaction where you have engaged us, such as lenders, title companies, escrow agents, and cooperating brokerages, as needed to complete that transaction.
- Legal authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Your choices and rights
Nevada residents. Under Nevada law (NRS 603A), Nevada consumers may submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information. We do not sell personal information, but you may still submit a request to adgroup@compass.com. We will respond within 60 days, and may extend that by up to 30 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you.
Everyone. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may unsubscribe from our communications at any time. Contact us using the details below.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and transaction information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate professionals in Nevada. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Third-party links
Our website links to other sites, including Compass, glenhavennv.com, and residencesonwinter.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please read their policies separately.
Fair housing
ADG abides by Equal Housing Opportunity laws. We do not use personal information to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
